This manual juice press uses a 2 ton hydraulic unit the squeeze nearly all nutrients out of ones ground produce. One simply uses a Champion juicer in its grinding mode to puree ones vegetable matter.
The next stage is placing the puree into a cloth(included) and placing it within the juice pan of the press. The pan raises easily with several pumps of the hydraulic unit pressing between the top plate of the unit yielding the best quality juice possible.
There is no comparison between any other juicing method and pressing. All other juicing methods yield significant nutrient loss due to oxidation,heat, or poor extraction. Pressed juice is drastically higher in enzymes and minerals than any other juice.
This press is built with quality as it is a fully welded frame with only stainless parts coming in contact with ones juice. There are also no parts to break and tend to press harder than automated presses. Great product for those demanding the best nutrient yield possible.
