How long have you been in business?

We started in business in 1998. We have been in 2 locations since we began in 1998, North Carolina and New York.

 

Is your website secure?

Our website has a secure online shopping cart. We use encryption and a secure service for all of your personal information.

 

Where do I get a coupon code?

We have a few ways to get coupon codes.  First we occassionally offer coupons on our Facebook page or in our newsletter.  You can also sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the site.  Finally, you can sign up for AutoShipping and receive 5% off all of your supplement orders.  

 

Do you ship overseas?

We prefer to ship most items priority mail. Priority Mail usually takes between 2-3 days anywhere within the US. We do occassionally use UPS and Fedex. International shipments vary based on cost.

 

Do you take credit cards?

We take Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

 

Do you take PayPal?

 We do take Pay Pal, however for Autoshipping PayPal is not currently a payment option

 

Do you take Checks and Money Orders?

Yes.  Be sure to include any shipping charges and taxes that may apply
